• For Investors -To be eligible to participate in a Direct Offering (DO), you will need to follow ValueRich’s Direct Offering 3-Step Program . Once all three steps are completed, then you will gain exclusive access to the ValueRich Direct Offering Center, where you can review upcoming Direct Offerings (DO) and indicate your interest and participate in the financing of these growth-oriented companies. You can also sign up to receive an email directly from the Company when its DO prospectus becomes available. You'll have immediate access to comprehensive information on the issuing company, including a High-Definition video presentation, which acts like a one-on-one virtual road show! Regulations state that you must carefully review the prospectus of the offering company, before you decide to indicate for shares that are being offered.

  If you decide to participate in a particular issuer's Direct Offering, then simply fill out an Indication of Interest agreement, which states how much money you want to invest in a particular issuer. This information is sent directly to the issuing company and you'll receive an email confirmation of your interest. All monies are held in escrow until the Direct Offering is completed. When the offering becomes effective and the escrow money is released to the company, the company begins to trade. Congratulations. You just became a shareholder in a high-growth, innovative company! Your stock certificates will be distributed to you per your agreement with the issuing company.
